Abit about Manny
Photography is a means of communication, a way of expressing what words fail to say in that fleeting moment. It is the emotion seen in the most beautiful portraits, the colors in the most majestic landscapes, and the tones in the classic silver halide prints of days gone.
Photography is my story and the story of others the way that I see it. It is my expression of life and my interpretation of humanity. My name is Manny and my passion is photography.
Manny first picked up a camera at very young age. It was a plastic 35mm point and shoot camera. He would happily shoot everything from school events to family photos and he racked up quite a large bill for a nine year old. Needless to say his folks were not impressed.
Like many people, he got a side tracked from what he loved doing of life. After dabbling in the world of business and completing a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, he returned to his passion and pursued a photography certification in Perth. Feeling a sense of fulfillment like non-other, he never looked back.
While most of his work is considered commercial, like most photographers, he photographs a wide variety of subjects. From events, weddings, and fashion, to corporate, portraiture, product, food and travel, he photograph them all. He also enjoy the more artistic side of Photography and has joined and placed in photographic competitions as well as participated in exhibitions.
His photographic style is heavily slanted towards fashion and glamour, and he has an eye for capturing beauty and emotion, may it be in a studio, a wedding, in the street, in a different country, or in the oddest of photographic locations.
Currently, he is affiliated with one of Perth’s largest commercial studios where he is both a photographer and photographic assistant. He is currently also affiliated with one of Perth’s best wedding photographers.
If you like what you see in this page and would want him to tell your story through photos he would love to hear from you!
